How to download K-Suite Log Files?

You might need to download these log files from Kess or K-Tag to open a support ticket with us.

1. Plug your applicable tool "Kess or K-Tag" into the computer.
2. Open K-Suite
3. Click "Support"
4. Download Log Files
5. Submit these on the dealer portal. Go to "Submit a request"
6. Fill the form in as normal and select "Other requests" and then "Tuning Tool Log Files"
7. We will then submit these to Alientech support so they can check the log errors.
