- Is the tuning tool properly connect to the laptop.
- Can you see vehicle voltage on the tuning software screen.
- Does the vehicle have enough voltage. Connect it to a battery stabiliser
- Does the vehicle need to be in programming mode? You will find help manuals on the tuning tool to show these. e.g BMW F/G series models require the drivers seat belt connected and drivers door latch to be in the closed position.
- Unplug the tool from the OBD port and USB port and re-boot your computer.
If you have tried everything then download the log files from the tool and submit these on the dealer portal with a message of what you have tried along with a screenshot of the error message.
